Choosing your professional coach: training, the guarantee of ethical and professional support
Choosing a professional coach means choosing a trusted person who will support you with accuracy and professionalism.
In a world where anyone can claim to be a coach, sometimes without any training, how can you know if your professional coach is qualified?
The training of a professional coach is the foundation of their expertise. A coach trained by recognized organizations possesses:
- A proven methodology, which guarantees structured and effective support
- A knowledge of tools and techniques to help you explore your choices and solutions
- An ability to adapt to your journey, without imposing their own answers
- Commitment to an ethical framework and a code of conduct
A well-trained coach opens perspectives, stimulates reflection, and helps you act with clarity and confidence.
A coach certified by an organization that delivers an RS or RNCP title, and accredited by a federation such as the ICF or EMCC, is the guarantee of serious and professional training and of a professional committed to an ethical approach toward their clients. A supervised practice is a pledge of ethics and commitment to a fair practice.
The right coach to support you is, above all, a coach with whom you feel confident.
