My path has been anything but linear.
It is the result of many explorations and a strong drive for going off the beaten track. After several years in cultural festival production and organization in Toulouse, I set course for Australia, New Zealand, England and Canada.
Those years abroad shaped my leadership and my identity, one with many facets.
Through these expatriations I explored every dimension of events, performance and tourism, moving from operations to management. Leading international teams and clients, I learned to turn the unexpected into opportunity, solve problems creatively and build an adaptability that holds, whatever comes. Because the multiple is my world.
After more than 6 years in English-speaking countries, I returned to France and settled in Lyon.
There I deepened my experience as Program Services Manager in France for an American tour operator, leading complex operations and field teams.
I became a professional coach to help people find their rightful place.
I bring my leadership, my love of people and my ability to rally diverse groups to offer you concrete, in-motion support. It is because I have walked several paths in several countries that I now accompany those who have more than one.
This expertise feeds directly into my work as a trainer and facilitator.
I support future tourism professionals, international managers and anyone looking to develop their voice in public or navigate an expatriation project. I favour an active, hands-on approach to turn your skills into real levers for action, in France and beyond.
Enriched by this diversity, I adapt to the singularity of each person.
I offer a space of freedom where mind, body and what goes unsaid can all be explored. Together, we turn your blocks into levers and adjust your posture so you can get moving, find your rightful place and thrive in change.
