My path has been anything but linear.
It is the result of many explorations and a strong drive to go off the beaten track. After several years in cultural festival production in Toulouse, I set course for Australia, New Zealand, England, and Canada. Through these four expatriations, I explored every facet of events and tourism, moving from field operations to management.
Those years abroad shaped my intercultural leadership.
Managing international teams and clients, I learned to turn the unexpected into opportunity, solve problems creatively, and cultivate rock-solid adaptability. After returning to France and settling in Lyon, I consolidated my experience as Program and Services Manager for an American tour operator, leading complex operations and field teams.
Today, I bring these international experiences to training and coaching.
I support future tourism professionals, international managers, and individuals navigating expatriation or public speaking projects. I favor an active, engaging approach to turn your skills into lasting drivers for action.
