My path has been anything but linear.
It's the result of many explorations and a strong drive to go off the beaten track. After several years organizing festivals in Toulouse, I set off for Australia, New Zealand, England and Canada.
Those years abroad shaped how I lead across cultures and who I am, someone with many facets.
Abroad, I worked across events, culture and tourism, moving from operations to management. Leading international teams and clients, I learned to turn the unexpected into opportunity, solve problems creatively and build lasting adaptability, whatever comes. Because plurality is where I'm at home.
After more than 6 years in English-speaking countries, I returned to France, bilingual, and settled in Lyon.
There I deepened my experience as Program Services Manager for an American tour operator, leading complex operations and international field teams.
I became a professional coach to help people own their rightful place.
I bring my leadership, my love of people and my ability to rally international groups to offer you a hands-on, dynamic approach. Having walked several paths in several countries, I now accompany those who have more than one.
This expertise also feeds my work as a trainer and facilitator.
