Recently, I did outdoors walk and talk coaching sessions with a client in Canada while I was walking in France, with the sessions taking place outdoors and over the phone.
The pace of walking, the sounds, the landscapes, and the fresh air create a unique setting that facilitates self-listening, stepping back, identifying the obstacles blocking action, and listening to the body, all while getting moving.
Nature becomes a true ally: it allows one to recenter, clarify ideas, and find concrete solutions, while remaining anchored in the present moment. Exchanges become more fluid, awareness comes faster, and progression is more natural.
Even remotely, this approach makes coaching active, sensory, and deeply effective. It invites moving forward with lightness, confidence, and clarity, while staying connected to oneself and one's goals.
