And you, how do you respond to the unexpected?
My clients get safe space where they can finally dare to explore their relationship with the unexpected.
So, if the unforeseen shakes everything up and you’re no longer sure which path to take: let’s talk!
And you, how do you respond to the unexpected?
In my line of work, the unexpected isn’t an obstacle: it’s my partner.
The other day, during a training session, the program was perfectly mapped out: an assessment, followed by time to explore soft skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
Except the unexpected decided to crash the party. So, I suggested we change plans and adapt to what was happening right then and there, in the moment.
We took the time to share what needed to be said and to name the emotions that needed to be released right away. Demonstrating empathy and practicing active listening isn't just theory: it’s knowing when to stop when reality demands it, and simply being present.
Embracing the unexpected means accepting to navigate by sight, without knowing exactly where it will lead us. That is what I love most about my work.
This is why I provide my clients with a safe space where they can finally dare to explore their relationship with the unexpected.
So, if the unforeseen shakes everything up and you’re no longer sure which path to take: let’s talk!
